He even reached out to the insurance adjuster when they initially denied my claim. Once the claim was approved, they were out the very next day to start clearing debris from my yard and repairing my fence. They let me know right when they were coming, they showed up right when they said they would and did a fantastic job on everything we asked. My yard went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the nicest and we could not be happier. They went above and beyond on everything and we will just deal with them going forward! They lowered it so it would drain and reset all slate along with a new design. They were fast and left everything clean, and was very fair.
